Service provider qualification images
Service provider applications require one business license or relevant professional qualification image. We store the image privately to review the application. Only authorized administrators can view it; it is not published on the website. Do not include identity cards, passports or bank details.
The information you provide
Our forms collect your name, country, contact details, preferred contact method and language preference, plus the travel or business details you choose to share. Partner applications also collect business identity, service coverage and experience. Please do not send passport details, identity documents, bank cards or other sensitive documents.
Why we use it
We use request details to review your needs, contact you, manage follow-up and help identify suitable local service resources. A request is not a booking. We do not sell your contact details as a public directory.
Local connections and service providers
Relevant request details may be shared with prospective local providers to discuss your needs. Confirm the proposed sharing and service scope with our team before sending additional information. Website hosting and Supabase support the website, authentication and database. A notification email provider may process a summary when configured.
Sources and optional analytics
We retain the first page, referring website and campaign tags for your browser session and attach them to a submitted request. Unrelated URL query parameters are removed. This helps us understand where requests came from. Optional usage analytics are disabled unless configured and you allow them. If enabled, you can change your choice using Privacy settings. Contact details, form text and request IDs are excluded from our analytics events.
Storage and retention
Request records are held in a restricted database. Authorized administrators use them for review and follow-up. Retention periods and the deletion process need to be finalized by the operator before commercial launch; we do not promise indefinite retention or an unverified deletion deadline. Browser session storage contains attribution and a submission receipt, not the contact form contents.
International visitors
The website may serve visitors from several countries and use service providers outside your country. Applicable privacy obligations, transfer safeguards and the operator’s full identity require professional review before commercial launch.
Questions, access or deletion requests
Use the Contact form and choose a message such as “personal data deletion request.” Include your request reference if you have it and the same contact address used for the original request. We may need to verify that the information is yours. Do not send an identity document in the form.
